Research
Our approach to website design and information architecture begins with research. A full understanding of your objectives, audiences and brand helps us to ensure that our designs are driven by your goals. Not sure who your audience is yet, or don't have a brand? No problem – we can help.
Our approach is collaborative. We'll share and communicate throughout so that there are no surprises – just a successful outcome in which we've all been involved.
Wireframe
Next, we wireframe. Wireframes help us define how each page or section of your site or app is structured and how best to display each element given your audience and objectives. We’ll also plan how your site will look on different devices and at different sizes, considering desktop, tablet and mobile.
Design
With a full understanding of your brand and goals, and armed with a set of wireframes, we now produce flat visuals (page mock-ups). These show how the pages or app screens will look and feel by adding branding, imagery, typography and other design elements to the wireframes.
Develop
Once the flat visuals are signed off, we'll start building your site or app – the digital development phase.
Optimise
The work is not complete just because the website is live. We can work with our clients to provide analytics dashboards and a narrative of insights and recommendations which feed into further optimisations and marketing strategy.
